Landlord & Property Verification Process
To help guests make confident and safe decisions, we’ve implemented multiple layers of verification, both for landlords and the listed properties.
Verified Host
A Verified Host on Flexsirent has successfully completed verification of their identity, email, phone number, and submitted proper identification. They have also hosted at least one guest through our platform with positive feedback.
Note: This doesn’t mean our team has physically inspected the property yet.
Verified Property Visit
When a property is marked as “Visited by Flexsirent”, it means one of our official representatives has personally visited the location. This verification confirms the address, existence, and room count, ensuring everything matches what is shown in the listing.
Unverified Hosts
Unverified hosts are still in the process of verifying their account. They need to confirm their email, phone number, and identification. Once complete, they’ll be upgraded to Verified Host status. Properties under unverified hosts are still listed but not physically inspected by our team unless marked as “Visited.”
Where to Find Verification Info
Each listing on Flexsirent displays verification status under the “Property Details” section. Listings with on-site inspections are clearly labeled and prioritized in search results for your peace of mind.
Important Safety Tip:
To ensure full protection, never make payments outside of the Flexsirent platform. Our secure booking system protects both tenants and landlords from fraud.
