At Flexsirent, we believe in transparent pricing and a stress-free booking experience.
Once you’ve found the perfect place and are ready to send a booking request, you’ll be asked to provide your credit card or PayPal details — but don’t worry, you won’t be charged immediately.

When will you be charged?
You’ll only be charged once the landlord accepts your booking request.
After that, we’ll process:
- A one-time Flexsirent service fee
- The first month’s rent
If the landlord has also applied a holding deposit, that amount will be charged at the same time your booking is confirmed.
What payment methods can I use on Flexsirent?
Flexsirent accepts secure payments via:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
We ensure all transactions are safe and encrypted for your protection.
What about security deposits or other fees?
Some landlords prefer to request a security deposit instead of a holding deposit. In this case, you’ll pay the security deposit directly to the landlord, usually on the day you move in.
In certain situations, landlords may require the security deposit before your move-in date to process the contract or secure the room. If that happens, please contact our support team first to confirm everything is legitimate before making any payments.
Admin Fees
A few landlords might also charge a small Admin Fee to cover their onboarding or administrative costs, typically paid when you move in.
Flexsirent’s 24-Hour Safety Period
We want you to feel confident about your new home. That’s why, once you’ve moved in, we’ll wait 24 hours before transferring your first month’s rent to the landlord.
This 24-Hour Safety Period gives you time to make sure everything is as expected. If something seems wrong or doesn’t match the listing (e.g., different photos or conditions), contact us right away — and we’ll hold the payment while we investigate and support you.
Are utility bills included?
If utility bills are not included in your rent, you can estimate your monthly expenses using tools like Numbeo.
Knowing this in advance can help you budget your stay more effectively.
