At Flexsirent, we understand how important timely confirmations are when you’re planning your stay. If your booking request expires—meaning the landlord didn’t respond within 48 hours don’t worry. We’ll send you an email with a curated list of similar properties that match your preferences.

Why do booking requests expire?
There are a few reasons why your booking might not get a response in time:
- The landlord may have been unavailable and simply missed your request;
- The property might no longer be available, and the landlord hasn’t updated their listing.
That’s why we strongly recommend sending multiple booking requests to different properties that suit your needs. It increases your chances of getting a quick confirmation.
What happens if you send more than one request?
When you send multiple requests, the first one that gets accepted will become your confirmed booking, and you’ll be automatically charged for that one. All other pending requests will be automatically cancelled, and you won’t be charged for them.
You can either check the personalized recommendations we’ve sent to your email or continue your search directly on flexsirent.com.
