Is Flexsirent Safe?
Absolutely. Flexsirent is a legitimate and secure platform. Here’s how we keep your booking experience trustworthy:
1. Secure Payment System
All payments on Flexsirent are processed directly through our platform using encrypted technology. We never ask you to send money outside our system.
Your first month’s rent is only released to the landlord 24 hours after your scheduled move-in, giving you time to confirm everything is as expected.
2. Transparent Cancellation Policies
Flexsirent offers multiple cancellation policy options, allowing eligible refunds if you cancel within the defined timeframe. Please note, however, that our platform service fee is non-refundable.
We don’t process landlord payments on weekends, so if you move in on a Friday, you still benefit from our 24-hour protection until the next business day.
3. Multilingual Customer Support
Our friendly support team is available Monday through Friday in multiple languages to assist you before, during, and after your move. Whether you need help understanding your booking or reporting a concern, we’re just a message away.
How We Prevent Scam Listings
At Flexsirent, we take the trust between tenants and landlords seriously. Here’s how we make sure listings are legitimate:
Verified Landlords
Every landlord goes through a strict verification process before their listings are published. We check their identity, property documentation, contact details, and listing accuracy.
24-Hour Move-In Protection
If your new place turns out to be drastically different from what was shown — or something feels off — you’re covered by our 24-Hour Move-In Protection. During this time, your rent is held safely and only released once we confirm everything is in order.
To activate this protection, simply report any issues from your Flexsirent dashboard within 24 hours of moving in, and provide any supporting evidence like photos or videos.
Important Reminder
Never transfer money directly to a landlord before move-in.
If someone asks you to do so, contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and guide you through the proper steps.
