At Flexsirent, we understand that plans can change sometimes unexpectedly. Whether it’s a delayed visa, a last-minute change in travel, or a shift in your schedule, we’ve designed our cancellation policies to offer clarity, fairness, and flexibility.

What Happens If You Cancel?

Each property listed on Flexsirent follows one of three standard cancellation policies: Flexible, Moderate, or Strict. You’ll be able to view which policy applies to your booking on the listing page before confirming your reservation.

Flexsirent Cancellation Policies

Flexible

  • Full refund if canceled 24 hours or more before arrival.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable.
  • If you leave early, nights not spent after 24 hours of cancellation are refundable.

Moderate

  • Full refund if canceled 5 days or more before arrival.
  • If canceled less than 5 days before check-in:
    • The first night is non-refundable.
    • You’ll receive a 50% refund for the remaining nights.
  • If you leave early, you’ll get a 50% refund for nights not spent after 24 hours of official cancellation.

Strict

  • 50% refund if canceled 1 week or more before arrival.
  • No refund for cancellations less than one week before check-in or for early departures.

How Can I Check the Cancellation Policy of a Listing?

Each listing on Flexsirent displays the cancellation policy clearly under the “Rental Conditions” section. Here, you can also find important details such as:

  • Contract type
  • Bills included
  • Security deposit
  • Cleaning schedule
  • Minimum stay duration
  • And more

We recommend reviewing this section carefully before booking to avoid surprises later.

What About Security Deposits?

Security deposits are paid directly to the landlord and are designed to cover any potential damage or early departure. Flexsirent is not responsible for the return or management of the security deposit. For any issues related to refunds of the deposit, please contact your landlord directly.

Important Notes:

  • The service fee charged by Flexsirent is non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed.
  • Refund calculations are based on your scheduled arrival date, not your actual check-in time or date.
  • The holding deposit, if applicable, is non-refundable in case of booking cancellation. The refund decision rests with the landlord.
